Title: New way of advertising

Have you noticed how people advertise their businesses by stuffing a sign in the nearest roundabout?
There's a windowcleaning one growing out of one of ours. Surely there must be some restrictions over this?

as long as you pay the council then you are ok

our council now have signs where ye rent them out. pick a roundabout from the website and pay. some more pricey than others though
