Title: FAO Chopsie Late fines.
Post by: formb on April 06, 2010, 04:08:19 pm
I just looked on your site:

The late payments at the bottom, does this work?

Do you enforce the £5 late fine? Do the customers cancel if you do?

Cheers

In a nutshell,NO!! But saying that I only have that on my web site,I may try it on my invoices,I only put that for the few who pay online, ones who requested that option, But they pay on time so maybe it works. If i have to go out my way to collect,Then yes I will enforce it

I have a late charge and i enforce it, if they don't pay they are not worth keeping as a customer. Non payer are not good for business or stress levels ;D

I have been considering this for a long time.

Never actually had the nuts to go for it though.

I'll do my customers twice without chasing them, probably about 5% of my customers are late payers.

Don't want to lose 5% of my customers tho............
