i would suggest the following prices . 1bed flat -house £70 90. 2bed 100 120 3 bed 140-160 and so on . but to be honest estate agent work can be a pain in the bum. such as waiting to be paid. often wanting you to make a picasso out of a dogs ear.on top of that they like the carpet cleaner to also have the abillity to clean the house as well.hope this helps from honest ron .kents busiest cc ::) ::) :P

thanks for your advice ron the reason i was thinking to target estate agents was i felt it would bring regular work i felt they would probably want the whole house cleaned instead of single rooms wich might be the case in domestic jobs and i thought there would be less furniture to move is this not the case then

yes cant argue with that most are empty. most will have the whole house cleaned. but you will have to be competitive to get the work. feng shui ron. the poormans cc. take no prisoners.

hi you may have trouble getting work from estate agents they dont like changing the people they use even if you are very competitive
