They last ages, and work best towards the end of their use. New ones take a while to break in so always have a spare ready.

Hi adixon

The wife said i used to use my scrims until they looked like my underpants ....full of holes.

These days i use microfibre cloths just ring it out like a scrim and use a dry one for polishing dont know how long they last though havent been using them long

                              regards

I used to get through about 7 - 10 per year.  I've built up quite a surplus as I've bought more than I use.  Then some bright spark (Steve aka UBA1) showes me how to clean windows without detailing so I reckon the scrims I currently have should last until I retire (I'm 48)  ;D  .  Like someone else wrote, when they are getting pretty rubbishy, I use them as sill wipers.  I hate wasting things.
