Title: Introduction Letter

Introduction Letter

We are planning to send out Introduction Letter to local businesses and facilities managers offering our services and explaining who we are and what we do.
I’m not very good with writing letters. Does anyone have any template letter for this, offering service, introducing your business etc? Looked on internet but couldn’t find anything

Hi Kordun,

The best advice I can give you would be to look at some of the letters you receive in the post introducing there products and services.

This will then give you a template. Alter it to suit your requirements.

You need an angle, a punch line to get them intersted and fiollow up a week later with a telephone call if possible.

I have found Introduction letter on this forum - End of Tenancy Cleaning - You can always add some of Your info an Your letter will be rady - Just search in documents section!
We use SEARCH option - it Doesn`t heart
