Title: conservatory cleans roofs

what size step ladder do i need?
im looking for one to do roofs etc so i can get into it with my wfp.
anyone suggest or know where i can get a decent one for not too much money?

buy a reasonable quality 1 - cheapo's dont last,  and it's embarrassing when they break and you fall over :P

i use a 5 step  -  this gets me head/shoulders over the front edge of most cons.

just google ladders -  i think midland ladders is where i got mine for around £40.00 - been using 8 months with no probs

i dont mind paying upto £70 but not got time to order one because i need one for wednesday!

we have wickes,b n q and homebase,i see lidl have one for £59.99 looks nice but not sure what height i need?

I wonder if it's really a step ladder that you need?

no need for step ladders!just get a stand off to use with your normal 3.5 metre ladders!about £25. ;) ;)

£50 - £60 i charge for conny roofs normally unless its a big one!£40-£150 for soffits/fascias.i get refused quite a lot at these prices up north! ::) ::)

hi lammy thanks for the offer mate but im going for a brodex hydra 18 ft for my normal domestic and use my unger 30 footer for bigger houses for now!im savin every penny towards my van.i should have a half decent van by end of july then gettin 50lt pure freedom trolley and away i go!! ;) ;D ;D

lammy im going for a fiat doblo/ford connect.hopefully ill get a half decent one for £2500-£3000.gonna stick with a trolley and 12 25 lt containers for now and see how i go with that and upgrade to a van mount if need be at a later date!

ive got a small 4ft pole that extends to about 6 or 7 ft, i spray e-cover over the roof and then let it work for a few mins, i then pole it all down, usually split the roof into 2 or 3 sections to clean it. after that i spray the gutters and clean all them followed by the windows and frames, average conny takes about 40 mins and i charge enough to cover my bills ;D
