did my girlfriends mates conny roof and windows(freebie)then did a fascia/soffit clean in the pouring rain!ended up taking me nearly 3 hours for £87!! ::) ::).
ive been using an unger ali pole with heavy unger brush.my arms are seriously aching now!!no way am i gonna use this pole when i go wfp!!
would a brodex hydra alloy pole with superlite gardiners brush be a hell of a lot lighter and more rigid?
the unger pole was bending all over the place with the wind and weight of the brush!! ::) ::) ::)
i will eventually get a SLX when funds allow.
regards

Plenty of useful poles about.
Needn't be an expensive SLX, but anything is better than those aluminium poles!

Hi Daz -
you will be far better off with the brodex hydra/prolong as the ali is a better grade and has been hard annodised for protection against wear.
i use a prolong for soffits/facias and you get hardly any bend are get plenty of pressure on thr boards to quickly remove the dirt

clee,
i removed my gooseneck as it made the pole too long to fit inside the van i also found it made things difficault like sills to do so i changed to angle adaptor and found this suited me far better
