i think if you get cold calling customers, you should invite them in and make them a nice cup of hot bovril, then send them on there way. :)

far to many "thems" in that sentence. i'm now starting to wonder if "them" is actually a word. :-\

ay ay ay
i worked this morning, living room with dog smell, clensanned it, £70, then a quote £180 and he must of been from del monte cos he say yessssss.

home for 12, now sitting watching jay jay the jet plane. oh the joys of parenting
