Title: Paying Cleaners - Large plc

I have been working for a large plc cleaning company for three months and have yet to receive any salary payment. This apparently seems to be quite common with this company when it comes to paying its cleaning staff as I am not the only person still waiting to be paid.

Is this common with larger cleaning companies and anything (apart from not go to work!) that I can do about it?

Do you have a contract of employment? If yes does it state when you will be  paid?

Name the company as a warning to others, if its true then you are in the clear.

I would phone the company and threaten legal action.
