Title: vikan easyshine anygood?
Post by: cleewindows on April 01, 2010, 05:50:18 pm
i have a few internal conservatories to do,i see they are selling this kit at gardiners and a 12 ft extension pole for about £100 altogether.
does anyone else have one?
how good are they?
would it give a great finish on a inside of a conservatory and would it be really good for inside of house windows too?
cheers

Clee,

The EasyShine is only good for maintenance work, I would never tackle a really dirty window with it!

You get pads and polishing cloths which are like silk and I've yet to find a use for them as they don't attach to the EasyShine.

The Easyshine is great, we use them on difficult to reach commercial windows but only after we have poled them on the first clean!

I use a microfibre pad mop, larger than the vikan and about a 10th of the price lol
it does the same job too.

Any cleaning suppliers mate.
I got mine from Polarbrite. I bought it for internal skylights and needed that extra reach and never looked back since.
