hi mate, i did my own and i got it from the same place as you.  i used small bolts to fix the bracket to the underneath of my bumper and then got a 25ml hole cutter cost £7 and cut 4 holes in the floor of my van at the back near the rear doors in the corner and then run the hoses and then siliconed around the holes to make them water tight.

the van i have does have the holes in the side of the van as it was owned by a window cleaner 2 owners ago but the hole has had a plate spot welded to it and siliconed, would it be hard to take this plate out?or would i end up damaging my panels?

im thinking i only need one of the connections just from my xline trolley system.
would it be possible just to cut one hole in the van and then sillicone it to the van so i can then run my 100 metre hose off that?
saves a lot of hassle maybe?
i shall be filling my tank via 25 litre containers.
whats everyone think?

Can I ask why you do this is it for security reasons? i.e leaving van locked while your working?

did you know you can close and lock your door on microbore hosing? (not tight obviously) thats what i do, leave the reels in the van, take out what you need, walk back sorting out any trip hazards, then lock the van.

cut the holes and mount the unit you have under the bumper

no holes in the van sides or door, just a few holes in the floor

its got a LOT of spelling mistakes in it and doesn't scan properly.
(  I know i'm picky but doesn't look too professional and could cost you work. )

You might want to check it out.

I have an 02 fiat doblo and found that the bottom locking bracket can be adjusted to allow the door to be closed over the microbore and be locked if need be.
However i am the same as a previous poster and have never had the need to do this on more than a few occassions.

Clee, is it the right angle port or the socket type?
I have the right anlge on and I have plumbed to the opposite side of the van to the exhaust, I use a circular cutting tool for metal, I use the 20mm cutting tool.
Then push the hose through the holes connect them to the hozelock connectors then silicone the gap around the hose, where it goes through the floor.

It took me about half hour to put my port on.

i think its the port one m8,on a metal plate that screws into bumper,im thinking couldnt i just cut 1 hole in the side of the van then silicone that up?
that way i can plug my my hose straight in?
thats all i need, just the one connection.

Thanks Simon 4 the heads up.

I know I keep meaning to sort it but been to busy. The site only really generates sales me so I'm not overly fussed.

But then saying that It could  be because of my awful spelling. lol
