Title: New "Super Lite Resin" from Gardiners
Post by: AuRavelling79 on April 01, 2010, 08:37:24 am
As you may know I am the happy owner of an SLX35 and have another one (SLX22) on order. Yesterday I received an e-mail about a new product they are launching which is designed to reduce the weight of the pure water you carry.

Basically you put a 10L canister of Superlite Resin (SLR) between your R/O and your holding tank and it reduces the weight of the water by one fifth so that say you have a van tank of 400L you can now carry 500L in the same space.

This was trialled a couple of years back (Tosh used it I believe) where his 25L drums weighed the same as 20L ones with the SuperLite water. Back then the tds rose by 10 points so that 000 water read as 010 but now the new stuff - which is more hydro-drastic gives no increase at all.

This is a really "green" development as we will not need such large vehicles and it is hoped that by this time next year the weight reduction will be improved to one-third.

Happy days!

Thanks for the tip off Gold

Hard to find on their website but I've just ordered a tanker full - we use a lot of water.
I didn't think you could drink purified water, but you can with this resin!  And it reduces/extracts the (pyrolite) content in your urine so it probably helps keep your "pipes" clean.
If it works I'm going to get it installed in the house so my wife can benefit from the "extracting" too.

Wow nice one PJ - do you reckon it could halt/reduce the effects of prostate problems too? We could make a fortune selling it to our older male customers.

I'm researching it as we speak.  I'm in the risk category myself so I don't mind being a test case.

This is getting very interesting.  I've been Googling and some experts are saying that after prolonged consumption of lighter water you absorb more 2O as opposed to H2O into your body and you will lose weight too as the tissues rejuvenate!

I'll email you later Mr Gold.  What shall we call it?    Pee(J) Extraction?  Or FoolsGold?
