Me and a mate have been Window cleaning now for 5 weeks Trad using my car.Weve picked up just over 50 custys(think this is ok).Been door knocking for the most part and on Monday while canvassing mate knocked on a door and the owner said oh my husbands a window cleaner and he's packing it in would you be interested in buying his stuff?So we thought lets see what he's offering.Went round for the crack.Now we are owners of a Van,fully fitted with wfp system and a few grand worth of customers.And they have both been great with more advice than anyone could ask for..What a great boost..

well done mate, simillar thing happened to me, rang a mate who was a windy looking to buy a ladder, (to start trad) said you can have a whole round if you want, same thing, yr old scudo fully fitted, and £22k of work. talk about landing in your lap!  ;D

Congrats ... happened to me last week - New 59 plate Scudo - hot system - £40K worth of custies - all for a grand and the blokes missus introduced me to all the custies and showed me some new techniques!

Result!

just yesterday i was doing my weekly food shop and a genie appeared out of nowhere and said to me !"i have a gift for you!"low and behold in a puff of smoke he was gone and stood in his place was gleaming ford transit connect with 50 lt pure freedom trolley/16 25 lt containers/18ft/25ft SLX poles and then roy harding appeared from behind the van and....................said.......

IVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS WINDOW CLEANING LARK IM GETTIN TO OLD FOR HUMPING POLES ABOUT!YOU MY SON CAN HAVE MY ROUND! ;D ;D ;D

This is not an april fool..(although it does sound like one now you come to mention it).were picking everything up on saturday and start tooled up on monday... ;D

Cheers guys..i was getting down a bit coz i'd gave up a good paying job too..so to have this land on our lap was a real oppertunity we couldnt miss..looking forward too it though
