For those of you who offer dry extraction cleaning as part of your list of services, do youprefer HOST or Envirodri. Please only answer if you have used both systems. Thanks.
Also does anyone have a HOST machine but use the Envirodri sponges or vice versa?
-
I had both the host and the envirodri systems and I prefered using the host machine with the envirodri sponge as the cost of host sponge was silly £55 for 12kg while envirodri was £27 for 24kg.The envirodri sponges seemed to vacuum up better too.Now I only have the envirodri system which I very rarely get asked for.

Steve,
Where do you purchase your envirodri compound, a local supplier or can it be ordered online?

Envirodri can be contacted on 0870 7337733. They can either send you the compound direct or they will put you in touch with your local distributor.

I have an Envirodri machine. I currently use it for agitating M/S prespray - it is great - opens the pile up and really gives some life back to tired carpets!
I have used both host and envirodri sponges to dry clean and to be honest i could not tell the difference between them. As Steve posted envirodri is much better priced.
When i have had to use dry cleaning i have had fantastic results - hard work though.
