Title: Anyone use/recommend a combination ladder

I am considering getting a combination ladder for doing con roofs and for doing internal con roofs.Is this a good/bad idea?

i can reach most conny roofs with my wfp.but if i need to get round the other side of the roof due to a garden fence being in the way  for example i use a stand off on my normal ladders and wfp away!! ;) ;)

yeh I was just going to use a stand off on my ladders,but thought a combi ladder would come in useful for insides on high windows,or internal con roofs,did internal con roof last week and was on top of my step ladder in the middle of roof,and did not feel very safe,had a few wobbles  :-\

fair enough chopsie!you know ive never been asked to clean the inside of a conny roof EVER!and im not that bothered about having a go at cleaning them!16 years in this game as well!! ;) ;D ;D ;D

Yes, I use one at times.
I find it invaluable as it has so many combinations, mine is similar to the Little Giant ladder.
At times I wfp from it to reach really difficult windows.
Very handy on inside stairs etc.
