I was going to order a few poles from brodex to try them but i see that they are saying to wait 10 days for the delivery of the hydra alloy?
Has anyone else had their poles and what was the customer service like?

ordered a few poles off them, it takes upto 10days, i have never waited that long for a pole

Try cleaning spot mate I ordered my hydra alloy from them and it arrived the next day !! there prices are a bit higher tho!

i waited over a week for mine to arrive
and im not 100% impressed...
cheap pole thou.. ::) ::)

Got my within 10 days and have to say its a great pole and will last more any a year with it being made aircraft-grade aluminium a good business investment me thinks :)
