Title: whats my job title?

am i....

owner?
proprietor?
managing director?

i'm registering at the council and need to fiil in the form.

it also asks me what department, ive put "all departments" is that acceptable and if not what should i put. sorry i hate filling in forms.

i don't tihnk it's director as afaik you're only a director once the company becomes limited, could be wrong though. i usually go with owner but i could be doing it wrong.

As an independant  sole operator I always use Proprietor.

company classifications, which do i tick or not by the looks of it.

1 Black and Minority Ethnic Organisations (BME)

6 Environmentally Friendly suppliers (and products)
7 Fair Trade suppliers (and products)

10 Social Enterprises (SE)
