That's one customer done, mate, done them three times in total, three times not paid.
its best to do them twice and then stopp untill you are paid, i have a few like that some never pay others pay then tend to be better at paying after they relise you wont come again,at end of each week im about 100 owes on my list but you tend to get them the week after or the next time

Bad payers just love new window cleaners, their old ones dumped them a long time ago.
This is always a problem when you start out in this game, you pick up a lot of the dross that the regular guy dumped as bad payers.

your right there dai, maybe it would be a good idea for new custs to pay on the day, might stop a few of them trying to rip us off. but then ive had someone cancel a chq on me b4, got cash off him in the end. never went back.

SSWC, it's tough when your cash-flow is tight, but if you leave an envelope and don't get a payment I leave it till three cleans; I'll just keep on adding up the cost and leaving an envelope - for three months running.

After the third month if I haven't got paid, I'll phone them and ask for the cheque to be sent.  They're normally apologetic for sending on the money and I haven't had to drop a customer in a long long time for non payment; maybe two-or-three years.

Just be patient; people are often too busy with things they think are more important, can't find their cheque books, or forget.  Don't think that they automatically don't want to pay and rip your off.

Just keep on adding it on.  ;D
