 i looked into this and its because the government want us to enjoy the nice weather more in summer, and putting the hour forward makes those lovely summer days last longer. and also farmers can work longer at harvest time!

and what makes it even worse this weekend is that it is the early morning ozi Grand prix.  That means it is on yet another hour earlier  hmmm
