Title: Those who use a harness

Can some one tell me what the name of the part that goes into the wall of a building is, it has to be checked every year and a tag is applied to say its passed, I need this so I can add it to my method statement but the name has gone from my head lol.

Cheers Crouch I used the word anchor points but wasnt the word I was thinking of  ;D
