My CFR hand tool has started dripping from the trigger plunger, can anyone advise the seals for a repair kit, or is it Amtech only ?
Cheers

Paul, I bought a set of o rings from my local DIY, Works out at a few pence per ring for which the cleaning supplies firms charge an(relatively speaking) arm and a leg Mike

That kit number at woodbridge comes up as a HIDE-A-HOSE VALVE REPAIR KIT is that the wrong number ?
Its for the 3" CFR upholstery tool.
Cheers

Your CFR handtool has a 500Psi hide a hose valve ::)

Thanks for that AJB, think mine has come out in sympathy with Paul and started to leak today as well.

They also suffer from the small QDs wearing,
had to replace mine yesterday. Always keep
3 pairs just incase, also carry spare p valve
for Wonderwand plus repair kit, same for CFR
handtool.

Has anyone adapted their CFR tool to be more user friendly esp with a feather touch trigger.
Great tool but crap design.

I dont know why everyone complains about the sore wrists etc etc i have had mine a few days now, done two suites, one sofa with it in that time (3 jobs) and its been bloody amazing! :) but defo no pains in my hands, wrist or arms. I do do a ton of upholstery tho, i counted last year that i got close to 200 suites in a 12 month period.
