What is best way to remove that, what products to use?

Depending on surface you could try Brick Acid (Hydrochloric Acid) diluted about 4:1 with water.
If you are happy that the surface can be cleaned using acid then proceed as follows: -
Soak the surface with water, apply the acid solution via brush or sprayer, leave for a couple of minutes then rinse. Repeat as required and extend the amount of 'dwell' time each time you do this.
-
i would not use hydrochloric acid as although it works it does effect a lot of surfaces and leave a bad staining there are much better and safer rust removers than this as said do a search.

its block paving

5-6 sq mtrs that must have been one hell of a big skip then, btw 1 ltr of pure vinegar is only £2.09 ;),how much are the other cleaners that are mainly vinegar based ??? wont hurt giving it a go will it?????????????????????????????
if using lemons watch for any cuts on ya fingers, lol ;D
