Title: Microsplitter Prices
Post by: Jason Hedges on July 19, 2005, 02:36:54 am
Hi all,

I'm a recent microsplitter convert and have been buying 'one step's products from my local supplier. I'm paying £20+VAT for 5 litres which I think is to expensive.

I'm pleased with the products and service from my supplier but can anyone recommend the same or similar at better prices.

Any help appreciated,

Jason.

Give Nick at solutions a ring 0845 838 2156 the prices are good the service is second to none,
and as a foot note note,

i was telling him that my van had been stolen over the weekend, with out hesitation, he has offered to help, get me back on the rd, not once did he mention selling me a new a machine, it was all about getting me back on the rd with loan machines, that type of gesture is so uheard of in todays busy climate.

Jason,

Comparing like quantities i.e 5l containers.

Craftex is the cheapest , about £10 , Solutions is next about £13 and then One Step which you say is about 20.

There are other suppliers, which I am not aware of their prices

All three companies are regularly given good reports on this forum.

Some  CC's prefer one make to another although I would be surprised if the formulations differ much.

You pay you money you makes your choice!

Cheers,

Doug

Biosafe 20 litres £44.99 + VAT & free delivery.
http://www.worldofclean.co.uk/shop/cgi-bin/cp-app.cgi?&pg=splash

They sell One Step as well, don't know how the price compares to Hugh Crane.

The cost of solution is still a small part of the overall cost of doing business though, not worth losing sleep over (posting at 2.30 am  :o )  ;D

I buy from Nick at Solutions and even if there was a cheaper version out there I wouldn't consider it as the help advice and service i have had from solutions is second to none.
I'm a great believer that value is based on much more than just price ... but as you can see his price is as cheap as chips ..

Gavin,

It does beg the question that if you know it was going to be deleted then why post it?

Cheers,

Doug

Ron,
Spend your energy praising the company you support and stop wasting our time with STUPID digs at our favoured supplier  ::)

We know, by this time, what your opinion is and you can hazard a guess at most peoples opinion of you Mr King.......................move on  ;D

would i not be right to consider your logo is only there to desperatley inform those that are unwise to think that it is some miricle cure. i thought we had all seen it enough and made an informed decision . there would seem no other point to you parading this blatant advertising. and pretending to contribute some wisdom to help others. when you will answer or say anything for extra publoicity.

Publicity would require me to mention my preferred supplier or product...................... ::)
As for my tag.............. simply a newer version that i saw and liked. Everyone will not go out and buy because i use it. The same as MOST people will not assume you are a transvestite because of your tag  :-*

if you're worry about the price you arn't charging enough ;) I think its worth paying a bit more to deal with a good company.

I agree Mike, it's good to have a bit of banter but when there are only 7 out of 26 replies about the actual topic it gets BORING!
