seen alot of your posts and think you always manage to give sound help and advice.

just had a look on your site and see your from ESSEX.

was just wondering if you had any dealing with Prima Services?

no major reason - i just sub a large cleaning contract from them

Martin I haven't had any dealings with Prima, are you having any problems with them?
I have just sent out 38 letters to Property management companies to try and get some contracts with them.

I am also going to try and improve my website as I am getting the hits but not getting the response.

had a few probs at first but everything seems ok now.

i do  the daily cleaning and monthly window cleaning at a large furniture store for them.
im down in gloucester so a far way from you.

i had the contract but the company wanted to use one cleaning company.

so i now sub it from them.

they are v tight on budgets and the amount of paperwork is a joke.

are they fairly big players up your neck of the woods?

Reasonable size mate, Ridgeon properties are larger though.
one of my customers is a property developer lol, so I am trying  to get work through him.
Also I have another customer who works in a large office block, and he told me they are looking for a window cleaner, I asked him if he could recommend me, recommondations are far better than cold calling them.
