For anyone that might be interested, Darell at the Window Clean Centre has got a sale on of Pulex rubber.
99p per 36" length plus VAT and carriage.

Don't buy it if you use Unger channel, it doesn't fit right and pops out at the ends. It then leaves a nasty, wide snail trail. >:( :-[

No hadn't seen that one... I can't remember which channels we use now but haven't had problems with using Pulex rubber other than the short time that it seems to last.
