How much? Its a one-off, not too too dirty.

All glass and the cladding.

I do a unit over the road from the one pictured, the glass there takes 30 mins. It was odd as I got the call today enquiring about if we'd be interested when I was there doing the other place.

The cladding'll be easy, it doesnt really need doing, but figured it ought to be done anyway, it wont take that long to do.
dont sound so bad now u put it like that  ;) esp when u say... "it dont really need doin" LOL  ;) ;D

Im not one to sit here and say how long it will take, I have an idea, but we all know what earnings are possible and for me its the top end of good.

Dont be fooled C & B Cladding jobs are like Conservatory roofs, always end up taking longer than first thought.

I got asked to do a gutter clear on a row of small industrial units off my ladder the other day, quoted £80 without looking in the gutters thinking its not gonna take me more than an hour............took 10 minutes, just one weed growing out and some leaves and sludge in a couple of places. RESULT
