probably best posting this in the general cleaning section, but i would say a min of15l per min 250bar washer would be needed to use a rotary cleaner.

Honda engined pw are one of the best but at the same time one of the higher priced.

Whirl away on ebay are a cheap rotary cleaner, you can get a domestic karcher but if you go down that line you would want the dopmestic pressure washer that is not really up to the job.

15L a min 200psi drives a flat surface cleaner

I have a honda engine and whirl away it is more than man enough for this job.
