Title: Can i have a receipt please

Just had a call from a guy who was in a studio flat which he said had been cleaned before he moved in and the Letting agent had the cheek(lol) to ask him to get it done before he left.Anyway i quoted £60 to which he said can you give me a receipt(as in for burger all) He eventually offered me £20 to which i said well what happens when the letting agent notices i havent done the job.Aaaagh my head was spinning by the time i convinced him to either book me or get another carpet cleaner in.I am not rude often but jeeeeps this guy was pushing the buttons.Regards Alan(swindon)

I sometimes work for a landlord who always asks for me to add an extra £50 on the reciept.... "No bother " I say, It'll cost you another 60!" ;D
