Title: Using "George" and "Pocket George"

Recently switched to George and am generally really pleased. Just a couple of quick queries though:
I use a Palm Tungsten E to run Pocket George and there does not appear to be a facility to add new customers. Any ideas? Also when I hotsync my Palm does not update my records on my PC. I have tried adjusting the "palm overwrites the pc" function but seemingly to no avail. Again any direction would be appreciated!

You would be as well e-mailing Paul, he's very quick to respond.

I dont have a problem updaiting the PC, just check you have ticked the "live updates" box on palm configure.

There is no way to add new customers, we should ask Paul to add it to his list of "to-do".

Hi

Correct - you need to tick the Live Updates box in the Palm configuration program.

And adding a new Job is already on the list...

It's just possible that I'm being a thicky but where will I find the "live updates" box? I've just run the Palm installation software to see if it's there but it isn't! Honestly I'm not as technically inept as I may seem!

On your desktop you should have "Palm Config" click this to bring up the box

Many thanks for the help, run the Palm Config doodad and bob's my uncle. Brilliant!
Is there a function to get my Palm to go out and clean the windows for me? That would realllllly be worth the money!
