Title: Urgent Help Please

Im just changing the resin in my small di vessel and am having a senior moment  ???
does the di container fit with the black rubber at the top of the vessel housing or the bottom
just to clarify this is part of a roman unit and the opposite end is white where the water comes out

There is an arrow on the side of the container, make sure it points upwards.
Black rubber at top  :)
