Title: Have you trained them this well?

he is on the mend
but this takes some training

Post by: Martin ccs on March 20, 2010, 09:00:42 am: few years back i had a customer that would make two cakes for us - then when we turned up she would give us a 2ltr bottle of coke and a slice of each cake. windows took 10 mins with 2 of us but cake and drink would take 30 mins.

had another that would always see us turn up at the front and put out a bottle of shandy, couple of twixs and a few bag of crisps.
