Title: Shurflo Backpack not working

I got my Shurflo backpack out yesterday as I need it for a job in a weeks time, we've not used it for a while so just wanted to check it out.

Charged the battery up and put it together..........nothing!!!

Any ideas, it looks simple enough but I can't get it to run.

i had a backpack come from wcw same problem open it up apparently someone told me the a wire to the battery is disconnected for transit-storage
this was the case also check all wiring connections i also had a loose connection to the charging unit

may be the same

There's a fuse mounted on top of the battery on mine.  Might be worth checking your fuse etc.

if its a shurflo it could be the pcb thats gone if it
been stored in a damp area for a while

disconnect the wires to the pump and place them straight onto a battery if the pump runs its the pc board that has gone

thats what happened to mine .i bought a wcw .in the end .i think mine was a friday one out of the factory .as a lot of the guys on here swear by a shurflo

Second that, my switch went in end. But after 3 years i dont mind. Just fitted a new one to it.
