Had a custy this morning that had just bought a house. He was in two minds as to rip out the front room and dining room carpets as they stank of cat wee wee and dogs. He had already ripped out the hall way carpet.
When i entered the house the hallway did not smell too bad obviously because of the carpets being ripped out and there being tiles underneath. But when you walked into the living room there was an obvious stench.
I was talking to Nick from solutions and told him of the job i had coming up. He gave me a new product called SoluBAC to try. It's a microbial odour remover.
Cleaned the carpets as per normal and then sprayed Solubac on and left. Instantly you could notice the difference, obviously this was the odour masking properties whilst the actual odour removal takes place.when i walked back into the hall you could tell just how bad the smell still was in the hallway, walk back into the living room and WOW fresh.
I'm waiting to hear from the custy to find out how the treatment went.
I'll be having some of that thanks very much Mr VW

Let us know the final results, if it's as good as it sounds will have to get some.

Hi Goron
Does this work by applying good bactria and then it kills the bad! removing the smell ? :o
Cheers Gav

Hi Gavin
Not far from that
SoluBac is a live chemical culture, micro organisms penetrate deeply into the pore of the surface and absorb and diget the odour causing organic residues, if used regularly it helps to prevent new odour infestation it can be used on a multitude of surfaces.
Hope this helps
Best regards Nick

Hi all
got a call from the custy today. He was extremely pleased with the treatment and said that there was no sign of a bad smell.
What more can you say?
Cheers Goron
