Title: Nail varnish accident
Post by: coyote7 on March 15, 2010, 11:31:32 am
Hi all,

Need some advice after my lovely son somehow got hold of mummys nail varnishs and has spilled a bottle on our previously lovely clean wool carpet :-X Nail varnish was a sparkly gold colour which ultimately has now turned a green colour. I don't have much experience with nail varnish removal so any advice would be much appreciated.

Look forward to your responses.

Rich

try acetone (nail varnish remover), about £1.50 from Sainsburys 250ml I think.
try using cotton buds, keeping the work local, moving towards the centre so not to spread.
