I have just got a new custy but on one window there are some marks on it it looks like some thing has bleed out off new brick work what can i do to remove it any help please

Its from the cement. I use citric acid crystals in wish washing liquid in ware and a product called Dr power for T V products in the stores. I get mine from asda. Then rub like hell to get it off. Its restoration job so charge a lot more it can take time depends on how bad it is.
