Would you rent a website if it was on the first page of google for your area. How much would you be prepared to pay for it a month?

I was thinking more of a monthly rental fee of around £35.00 which would include the domain name hosting and all the seo. How would you be able to monitor the jobs that the company would get from it,as it would have all their  company details on it. It would be a hassle free site.

Not for me Derek, I'll be renting them out. Ive got a few sites already on the front pages of google to rent and was just wondering what would be a fair price for them.
