hi there,

if you are forming a limited company, then you need to look at somebody such as company registrations online, they do everyhting online.

more importantly if your printer knew his stuff and you are getting letterheads etc, then the registered company number should appear at the bottom of the letterhead, you need to check that you have the required info on the individual items of printing, otherwise a waste of money.

Hi,

I don't think you need to put your ciompany registration number below your letterhead. You do however have to put your vat reg no on.

Cheers Mark.

Hi,

It wouldnt look very proffessional if your company reg no wasnt on a letter head.

A Vat registration number doesnt have to be on letter heads but it does on invoices.

My printer told me that if you are a ltd company they are required by law to print letter heads with the company reg number on the bottom.?

As well as company number you must also put your registered office address on letterheads, If you use an online registration service it is cheaper, I used my accountant, it was a few years ago now but the cost was about £200.
