Title: risk assesment and method statement

I normally just do domestic window cleans an the odd nursing home, but have been asked to quote on a big office building.
They have asked me to do a risk assesment and method statement

any advice would be appreciated.

Have a look at HSE website there examples on there, also document section of CIU forum.
