looking an ro system,emailed osmotics,a company selling them.wanted a phone number so i could discuss with someone personally.they refused to give a number as they were too busy to answer calls was the email reply i got back.strange

Sounds like RO Man, they stopped taking phone calls towards the end.
I now deal with June at gaps water, always happy to chat on the phone with you.

always be wary of a company that will not speak to you, too many companys these day are just web sites, where they dont have a clue what they are saying and just order the stuff when u order from them

I ordered some stuff from osmotics about a year ago. The service was quick and there weren't any hassles. I don't think they order it once it has been ordered by you. I ordered late on a Saturday evening and it was with me on Tuesday morning.
As to not taking phonecalls, that does seem strange.

just changed over to wfp and ordered most of our stuff from pure freedom spoke with andrew and ashley (very helpful) parts were delivered on the day i asked them to and they always called back promptly if no one could take my call.
we ordered 6 poles and the bottom section of one was stuck tight, called them up was reccomended a few things to try and free it up, they didn't work, called them back and they sent a new one out next day.
only dealt with them this one time but they were very helpful and will be getting more of my trade in future

Just to clarify what has been written here.
We would never refuse a telephone call, we run a small business with just two staff which has demands on our time that does not allow us the luxury of sitting by a phone waiting for people to call. We are often out with our local customers assisting them from 7am to 8pm.
I think what we would have said is.... "please send us an email with your questions and we'll get to them asap". As we don't get back to the office until past 7pm most days we'll email rather than sit and phone around as it's quicker.
Apologies if this is not to everyones expectations but we don't have the manpower as yet to resolve this.
With regards to stock, we're not a dropship company. We hold everything in stock that is on our website which is why 99% of orders get delivered within 3 working days.
Hope this clarifies the situation and our post isn't deleted.

We have never had any problems from osmotics all our orders were delivered on time and products were as stated

Well, my RO smashed yet again this year, and someone recommended them. Well i ordered and it came well packaged next day. Easy website, easy payment, easy transaction, would recommend them to anyone. Very pleased.
