Title: Brodex do not reply to emails

Brought a pole from ebay of Brodex site and all i want to know is,
 as this item been dispatched?
I have to arrange to be here to recieve it, but you get no reply of these people, I was going to buy a few more once i seen what the pole is like, but my businees is only as good as my suppliers, so maybe not.
Stick with Gardneir in future, there feedback is excellent

Phone them they are a friendly bunch if a little disorganised.

Don't bother going to customer service (option 2) they won't answer. Go to sales (option 1) you will get straight through.

I have 10 brodex poles as they are fantastic value. I admit their customer service is not "second to none" as they claim but, I paid less for 10 poles from brodex than I did for 1 from facelift.............

Quite the opposite for me.... Ordered 3 poles from Brodex who delivered when they said they would. First impressions are that they are excellent poles with a very reasonable price tag.

Last order for Gardiners I phoned to check when delvery would be ...... waited in all day.......nothing! Expected a reasonable response for their error but was not happy with the way I was dealt with, gave them every opportunity to put things right but I felt the replies were very pedantic so hence they've now lost my future business.

It says 24 hour delivery on ebay details.
I have spoken to them, pole will be here Friday (no pole), Pole will be here Monday (no pole).
Send them ebay messages (no replies)
Maybe you can reply here (Brodex)
When do i expect delivery of my new pole?

5th march is when i ordered.
I will try and get my money back as i dont need there products.
If you got your from ebay, then report them, people like these do not qualify for 100% feedback

smells like brodex workers to me mate!!!!
everytime someone mentions brodex all these great comments come out,we may
be window cleaners but were not soft ;) ;) ;)
