Title: One Off Price
Post by: Mack's Window Cleaning on March 09, 2010, 12:07:26 pm
Hi all !
I may be doing a one off w/clean in London soon (trad), it's an old Edwardian terraced style house, two stories, inside and out, including frames cleaned both sides.I'm not going to rush as I wan't to do a great job, and I may get more work like this in the future. I'm just asking for a ball park guesstimate just so I am not underpricing myself. As I am only a newbie, any good advice would be much appreciated. I'm expecting something like these.....

Thanks guys.

Ps: Remember, this is London if that is an important thing to factor into the price, thanks again in advance!!! ;)

How long will it take you to get there from home?  Do you have to enter the congestion charge zone?

It's hard to put a price on it without seeing the actual house... You are going to view the house before providing a quote aren't you?

I would charge 27 out side for the top one and 35 for the bottom one. and double that if inside aswell.Hoping the back will be about the same as the front.

It won't take me long to get there as I will only be a couple of miles away, and no congestion charge is involved.
Cheers.
