Are these long enough to clean facias and outside of gutters on 1st floor of standard semi??  Or is the slx22 smallest pole to reach these?

you will struggle on gable ends with an 18 footer

Not sure what you mean but, 18ft will reach a "normal 3 bed semi "type fascia.....but the side (gable) are normally quite a bit higher..so you will struggle to reach them
