Title: pressure washing employee wages?

what does anyone think is a fair wage for employing someone to help me with pressure washing? initially they will spend a few weeks with me until i get them up to speed, then out on there own, i,ve got a figure in my head but would like others opinions on this matter

£70- £80 a day? ???

i was thinking a trial period of £65-£70 then up it to £80 when they go out on there own

For start around £70 and you will see how good they
We employed 2 few months back, one guy is ok and we pay £85 and other one is great hard working, does more work in day and he gets £100

Why not use a day rate & get them to male rest with performance bonus, they will get the pay that reflects their abilities.

Would paying them by the sq metre work,so the more they do the more you both earn.they won`t drag their heels then as they know they`ll earn nothing.Maybe charge customer £2.50 a sq metre and give them 50p a sq metre,did you mention they were Polish?
