what does anyone think is a fair wage for employing someone to help me with pressure washing? initially they will spend a few weeks with me until i get them up to speed, then out on there own, i,ve got a figure in my head but would like others opinions on this matter
-
£70- £80 a day? ???
-
i was thinking a trial period of £65-£70 then up it to £80 when they go out on there own
-
For start around £70 and you will see how good they
We employed 2 few months back, one guy is ok and we pay £85 and other one is great hard working, does more work in day and he gets £100
-
Why not use a day rate & get them to male rest with performance bonus, they will get the pay that reflects their abilities.
-
Would paying them by the sq metre work,so the more they do the more you both earn.they won`t drag their heels then as they know they`ll earn nothing.Maybe charge customer £2.50 a sq metre and give them 50p a sq metre, did you mention they were Polish?

haha dan nope not polish
