my tds reading is coming out at 49 out of the r/o and then out of the di at 17 can i use it and do i need new resin or new r/o filters

about 370 tds in bournemouth

Should always be 000/001 after resin when fresh and I would change at 005. RO membranes I would change once they hit low 20's.

ive used water above 17 its ok but prob wouldnt use it on a first clean

anything up to 25 is ok but dont use on first cleans it looks a bit awful
