You can do it reasonably and safely - use someone with a bit of nouce to ensure you are fixing to or around chassis members or to weld up a frame - but do the work yourself.

It should be little different from fitting a towbar in its complexity.

Fixing the tanks in them is a doddle, A metal frame 10 bolts and a drill.
