got a few days in this week, got in yeterday arvo n my back started 2stiffen up on me. now im not moving around well at all. ive had back probs 4 nearly 4years now. thought i was gettin better....
now it feels like im back where it started. realy gets me down :-[. im back in hospital on the 19th
of this month. 2ave 7injections in my lower back, im hoping thats gonna b the last of it. but not holding my breath ::) nothing worse than not being able 2 work, esp when its a lovely sunny day like 2day.
sorry if ive board u, they say it helps 2write it down...... dont bother..... it dont ::)

just get open up yell dot com and start phoning comm'ies well your off, or any of those custies you use to do but never got them done again.
Get that website sorted if you have one or have been thinking of doing one, or draw up some nice new flyers, plenty to do... so get on with it and stop moaning.

i feel for you, i damaged my back in 96, an still suffer to this day, i had to look at my work load and kept the best an sold on the rest and still earn good money and only work four days a week the long weekend helps me rest my back. since i reduced my work load ive not had as much bother with my back, also i get a full back work out once a month from a specialist its worth spending the money.
its hard to reduce your work load as money is a big key in life, but with the money i got from selling work an sold van system, i use the money to invest in something , it give me a ok return and each year its getting better.
working yourself into a early grave ain't good, there is more to life than work work.

ive also been thinkin of starting up a door knocking business 4 other windys. ive been in the business 4 20years now, so i know my stuff & wot jobs 2get n how 2 price up (well) wot u think ???

the reason i dont want 2do that is because i like all my custys & i know i always do a top job ;D

I sympathize with you.
A couple of years back, I pushed a drawer in under my bed & felt a little twinge in my back. then it turned into an ache, & then into huge muscle cramps. I saw my Doctor about it & the muscles had swollen in my back & bent my spine over. I could not even turn over in bed it was that bad, but after taking some pills & using a heat pad, it soon went.
It`s crazy aint it. ???
