Four floors? You won't be needing the gym that day.  :)

Got to be £1200.
Work it out at so much per metre.
I normally charge £5 per metre but that figure of £1200 works out at £4 per metre.

Normally i would be in the same region as matt, but on a large easy access site where presumably there are a lot of straight runs i would go down on the price within reason if i was using the pressure washer,if it was just with wfp i would want more.

Poss 2 if you go at it and its not that dirty.

Do you think they will pay out that sort of money? If so go for it,But I have lost a few gutter cleans lately by over charging,I have been using the £5 per meter rule and on a couple of occassions it worked out to virtually £200,well I knew they would not pay that, and I do not blame them,I would not either!!!! I reduced them to £150 and still got turned down(after they got over the shock   :o). From now on I am just going to quote possibly half a days earnings or something like that,I think you can be too greedy. What about charging an amount you would be happy to earn in a week i.e 500-600 quid,Then if you get them done in 2-3 days its a bonus  :)

Then you have the overheads to add on as well.

All down to how badly you want the job. I can clean windows alday for x amount of money easy peasy. How much would you be prepared to graft for? £200 a day? £300?
Just decide the point at which you would walk away then add on some more.
