Post by: barry mallett on March 05, 2010, 07:16:50 am
attention all tradders :Dfed up with   carrying a  bucket and a big heavy ladder all day . simply get a wheelbarrow put some water in it and place your ladders on top ,bucket and ladder carry in one . you could even hang some spare scrim on the handlebars ;D ;D    bonus tip  when it rains simply turn the barrow  over and get under . you could even write your tel no on the side  ;D ;D  remember a dry tradder is a happy tradder

If you put some chin straps on it, you could wear it on your head when it's raining ;D

For those considering going down the wheelbarrow route, if you want any advice on them or a barrow looked over, then I am your man, I used to be a wheelbarrow mechanic not so long ago. ;D

I found a cheap one the other day. It had been used for cement so it would have meant time chipping it all off. Anyway apart from that, the tyre was almost bald, so I'm still looking. Do you MOT them as well?

4 of us were walkin up hill the other day with not so heavy ladders and a half full bucket , again not so heavy , we couldn't help but poke fun at the halfwit strugglin with a big tank of water and some long poles as he nearly took a heart attack on his way up. oh and although weve been about longer (trad) , this joker gets us more customers cause people know we clean better than wfp squads

I live near the Thames and clean all the boats so my porthole technique is fine ;D
