What is the legalities regarding a pcso issuing a warrant to search a propery?  Surely it's the job of much senior 'proper copper'.

I've never forgiven the fuzz for what they(and when I say they, getting squaddies to dress up like coppers) did to the miners under Thatcher's 80's government!

I personally would tell them to fook right off!

Hobby bobby's are special constable who are unpaid, hence doing it for a hobby. PCSO's are paid but not full coppers hence 'plastic'  ;)

Why on earth do you have to bring the miners' strike into this forum.
Scargill was on about £80,000 pa 25 yrs ago.
