Title: pressure washing cost

i have just been given a industrial petrol pressure washer. i have asked a few of my regular customers if they need any cleaning done and they have shown intrest at the right price.
Do any of you have a rough idea wat i should price it at?
i.e. pressure washing only?
     plus re poining/gritting?
i just thought it would be something i can do on the poor weather days.

Any help please!

Cleaning I would charge £4 per square metre.

i charge £3 sqm u can also nock a bit off if they sand it them selves.
